The Mission of the company is expressed as:

To operate a Polypropylene Plant efficiently, safely and without negative effects on the environment.  To develop and expand the business to continuously improve profit margins and shareholder returns. To be a good corporate citizen by participating in the well being of the society in which OPP operates. While trying to achieve the above stated objectives, vision and mission, the “code of conduct” of OPP will be guided by its philosophy and core values. The core Values of OPP could be summarised in by the three P’s, which can be summarised as follows:     1. Commitment to Probity (integrity), excellent Performance and high Profit.     2. Valuing all People, taking care of the Plant while producing high quality Products.     3. Promoting Professional and Personal growth and continuously striving for excellence. These core values are the basis of all OPP policies and procedures from the overall business strategy down to staff performance appraisal and personnel policies.
