   Polypropylene is the most versatile of all thermoplastic materials. Its main characteristics are:

	The lowest density of all major thermoplastics, making polypropylene a favorable cost per volume material, as well as very being very light. Excellent stiffness, making it ideal for technical applications, such as in automotive and electrical appliances, a well as furniture, transport containers,and for use in thin-wall packaging. High transparency, for household and packaging items where high transparency film is used. High Heat resistance, used in technical applications such as in hot water under floor heating and sewage pipes. Excellent chemical resistance for packaging solutions such as cosmetics, medical use, caps and closures. Low water absorption and water vapor transmission, ideal for thin wall packaging, such as in dairy cups, and for hygiene and geotextile use. Stretchability for high tenacity fibers, nonwovens and tape yarns, and biaxally oriented film for flexible packaging, adhesive tape and lamination. Easy processing and exceptional versatility used in processes and such as injection molding, film & sheet extrusion, and blow molding.
