Oman Polypropylene LLC invites qualified and experienced candidates to apply for the post of:
Infrastructure and Security Engineer
The successful candidate will report to the IT Manager and will play a significant role in development and implementation of various IT infrastructure, security and other related IT functions of the company.

Responsibilities
· Design the best practice networking and security setup
· Keep the network & security infrastructure up-to-date
· Implement high available, secure and fine performance network.
· Troubleshoot and resolve Security issues related to the network.
· Keep redundancy for network devices and software to guarantee continuous services
· Implement IT secure environment.
· Perform security risk assessments.
· Audit security issues.
· Carry out any other duties related to designation as and when required by the supervisor.
Requirements
· A Bachelor Degree in any major of Computer or Network Engineering.
· Minimum 5 years experience in networking & information security
· Sound Knowledge of Microsoft Infra Structure and TCP/IP Technology (Active directory).
· Sound Knowledge of Cisco Infra Structure Technology (Switches & Routers).
· Good knowledge of wireless networking & technologies
· Good Knowledge of HP Infra Structure Technology (Servers & SAN storage)
· Sound Knowledge of network security appliances (IDS, IPS, VPN, Firewall, cryptography) & security controls for LAN/WANs, client server, and SAP implementation.
· Cisco & HP and IT Security Certifications will be an advantage
